The demolition and remodel were seamless. Through the whole process, we were constantly called and visited by members of the team to make sure all was going well. At one point, we thought they were calling too much! It definitely left us with the warm, fuzzy feeling that we were being taken care of. the workers were experienced, courteous and friendly.

We thought that the workers were all well qualified, and it was a pleasure to see how much they enjoy their work. The quality of the materials used and the work done was outstanding. The entire team was conscientious of their craftsmanship including the demolition team, tile layers, plumbers and electricians. Michael Nash is client centered. They involve their clients in every step of the remodel process. They are attentive to any questions or concerns and attend to them immediately and in a professional matter. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were apparent throughout the whole process. We are more than happy with our remodel and continue to get compliments on our main level.

One of the deciding factors in using Michael Nash was the low, fixed price quote. This was extremely appealing to us given the extent and complexity of the project. We are extremely satisfied with the high quality of the materials especially the cabinets, which have soft close uppers and base doors and drawers as well as additional pull-out shelves in the base cabinets. The cabinets also have very nice moulding and lighting.

The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Michael Nash used workers who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision.

We are very pleased with the kitchen redesign and build your company performed for us, and with the process that got us there. In particular, we worked with Oliver who patiently walked us through the numerous design decisions and options over multiple sessions, which my wife found particularly helpful. He really got to know our preferences and went above and beyond to propose features wed find useful.

Michael Nash employed crews are each lead by an experienced, qualified team lead. Quality of each teams work is superb. Team leads are communicative, detail specific, and efficient.

My work crew, which most of the time consisted of only two very hard working men, was led by an absolute angel and best-in-trade, Mr. Chon. He kept everything in pristine condition and was extremely respectful to our situation. He surpassed my expectations in every sense. His artful workmanship, work ethic and positive attitude all contributed to an overall positive experience. But the final product is what speaks volumes of Michael Nash’s work. All I have to say is WOW ! I rarely leave home anymore because my kitchen and living spaces are spectacular, gorgeous, stunning, comfortable. just perfect. My friends and family are shocked when they come into the kitchen which was once a dark, out-dated galley and is now a Chefs kitchen showcase and the envy of the neighbourhood.

The room is beautiful beyond my expectations. The design was well-planned and the execution was even better. The tilework is outstanding and I am so looking forward to enjoying the heated floor. As well, the cabinets are of top quality. The standalone soaking tub and toilet are also quite beautiful and complement the rest of the room. I must also recognize the quality of the workers. They were all extremely professional and polite. They cleaned up each day so that the household was not interrupted more than necessary.

Overall, we are amazed at the transformation and the attention to detail in everything from the design to the installation. We have seen many design shows on television, and feel that our bathroom and closet remodel far surpasses anything we have seen on HGTV.
